Becoming a multi-million dollar producer early in her career, Diane continues to elevate the client experience each year, setting new goals and learning something new every day. She works alongside her daughter, Rachael, who serves as her assistant, and relies on the trusted support of her longtime transaction coordinator, Robin McCawley, who has been part of her business for over a decade. Together, they provide a seamless and highly personalized service to both buyers and sellers across all price points and property types.
As a military spouse for 21 years, Diane brings a wealth of expertise in serving active duty and veteran families, including the complexities of VA home loans and PCS moves. Her personal experience living abroad while her husband John, a highly decorated Air Force Special Ops veteran, was stationed at RAF Lakenheath and RAF Mildenhall in England, as well as Misawa AFB in Japan, gives her unique insight into the challenges and opportunities military families face.
Originally from New Zealand, Diane still carries her New Zealand accent and keeps close ties with her three sisters in New Zealand and Australia, connecting with them almost daily. Married to John for 36 years, she is a proud mother of four daughters and “Honey” to eight grandchildren. Their French Bulldog, Tui, and Maine Coon cat, Whiskey, complete the family. In her free time, she loves traveling—recently visiting Scotland, Australia, and her home country, as well as enjoying days at the beach or fishing on the boat.
